Hi everybody, I can´t install Fresco on my Window Surface Pro (Windows 10).
I already tried the recommended actions, but there is no result.
The Error code is 191:

What does that mean? What shall I do? Where do I find the missing framework? I´m totally lost and hope, that somebody could help me (English or German).
