Error:16

Explorer ,
Sep 20, 2013 Sep 20, 2013

After having problems updating my CC on my MAC (for the umpteenth time!), I followed someone's advice to check the permissions on my Library/Applications Support/ADOBE FOLDER. Admin was set to Read/Write, then I clicked the bottom wheel to "Apply To Enclosed Items". Not sure what I did, but it enabled me to FINALLY update my ADOBE CLOUD but now I get an error :16 when trying to open any of the apps. I have uninstalled and re-installed but that didn't work either. Please help me!

Hi Treborjw,

Please refer the steps mentioned in the kb: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/configuration-error-cs5.html .

If still the same issue than try installing again from root account: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH11331 .

Regards,

I have tried all the troubleshooting for CC Error:16, checked permissions of the two Adobe files (SLStore & Adobe PCD). Tried the cleaner too. None of my apps work. If someone can go STEP by STEP on how a person enters this "sudo chmod -R 775 /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe" And save it in terminal I would be very grateful.
