-love the app...can you consider giving us the golden spiral overlay for cropping? thanks keep up the fabulous work!

    The crop overlay when editing in Lightroom mobile (Android, iOS) appears to only allow the "Rule of Thirds" overlay; It's limited. Is it possible to switch overlays? Triangles, Golden Rule, etc?

      Please add these overlais to Mobile version of Lightroom! And moreover. Please make the Mobile version as good as full CC version. More people start to use their iPads and other mobile devises as their prime gear for editing. It feels so bad the mobile versions are so limited.

        Overlays were added for Desktop in the 5.0 version.

        Would love a different set of cropping overlays on Lightroom mobile. Specifically one to hone in on the center of the photo instead of just having the rule of thirds grid.

          Hi there,

           

          Does anyone know how to choose the crop overlay shown when using Lightroom mobile on a tablet? The program seems to only offer the rule of thirds, which seems very shortsighted. Any help is appreciated.

            Any update on this? It's been another 2 years and no update. Another missing feature on mobile.

            Implementation should take probably 8 minutes.

              This is a feature in normal Lightroom. Please can it be added to Mobile? I want to use a big iPad Pro to edit my photos but this is one tool I am missing from the regular software. It also doesn't appear of Lightroom Desktop.

                    Yes those overlays are kinda important for some photographers and all in all really useful... It's a shame they are taking so long to implement them

                      At first I thought I wasn't looking at the correct tutorials but now it's obvious that CC really does only have thirds as a crop overlay with no others available. If anything Adobe should be on top of their game with their software and a small thing like this shouldn't be farfetched to already be available as an option from the beginning.
                      Quite frustrating to have to install Classic just to be able to use a simple feature like this.
