Adobe CC 2019 lento en un iMac Pro

Por que funcionan lento Illustrator y Photoshop cc 2019 en un iMac pro , hay antecedentes de esta situación? Debo chequear algún apartado de configuración especial ? , ya he quitado GPU en preferencias , deficiencias continuan  Saludos!

    Sorry to hear about this issue. Please try these steps to improve general performance issue in Illustrator and let us know if that helps: Improve Illustrator performance on macOS.

    If it still shows the same behavior please try resetting preferences: How to set preferences in Illustrator

    Please note: Resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. Please do take a backup of the folders. Location is mentioned in the article.

    Por alguna razon las aplicaciones externas que instala Adobe como la del Cloud hace un sobre uso del GPU y de la memoria ram yo lo solucuine abriendo el "Monitor de actividad" de mi macbook o imac e ilimine todo lo que tuviera el logo de Cloud de adobe el cambio fue extremadamente notable yo hasta pense que era mi Macbook Pro nueva que vino mala porque no mas la configure instale el Adobe Ilustrator y Photoshop pero al instalarlo en mi iMac note que se puso lenta luego de instalar esas aplicaciones 

    El Monitor de Actividad lo encuentras en las "Apliaciciones / Otros" si es en ingles "Aplications / Other / Activiti Monitor"

    Se repararon permisos y se restablecieron las preferencias , coincidió con algunas actualizaciones de adobe, pero la performance del programa ha mejorado bastante ,  se ha podido activar de uso de GPU  e incluso el zoom animado. agradesco la atención y la ayuda

    Adobe CC 2019 , Photoshop 20.0.2 / Illustrator 23.0.1 /Mac OSX  Mojave 10.14.3
