AI crashes when trying to save a file

When you try to overwrite a file, it crashes. When trying to save as, it won't.

What could I do to deal with the problem?

Does this happen on all files, or just one? Make sure you are logged into the Adobe Cloud app.

Tray save as and turn off PDF compatible.

陆渝天,

Are you sure you have a printer correctly installed, connected, and turned on if it is physical printer (you may use Adobe PDF/Acrobat Distiller as the default printer with no need to have a printer turned on, obviously you will need to specify when you actually need to print on paper)?
