Animated zoom doesn't work in Illustrator 2020

Hi All.

Animated zoom doesn't work in my ACC2020 Illustrator - - and have turned it on in Prefs.

I works fine in all other ACC-apps, but not Illustrator.

What am i missing?

We are extremely sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing with Illustrator. That's definitely not a typical experience with the application. I am hopeful that the issue is resolved by now. If not, I would request if you could share a few more details like:

• Which graphic card is installed on your machine?
• Does your system have multiple GPUs?
• Does turning off Automatic Graphic Switching (System Preferences > Energy > Uncheck Automatic graphics switching) helps resolving the issue?

Well, i solved this myself by uninstalling Illustrator and reinstalling it.

Sorry for tht tone guys. I was just frustrated, and since in an big org. with org-acces to Adobe, i cannaot have direct support...

The problem keeps ocurring after working a while in Illustrator, the zoom stops working.
