When you export vector artwork into something such as a 300 X 300 pixel image the end results are going to be only so sharp. The lettering in your logo has diagonal lines; those kinds of details will always be anti-aliased.

One thing that will improve the rasterized results of the lettering: sizing and positioning the capital letters where the tops and bottoms of the letters match up (or align with) the pixel grid. Multiple approaches can be used to do that. I attached a 300 x 300 pixel example where the "METRON" letters are sized at 45 pixels tall (to fit that 300 pixel wide space). Parts of the logo are still fuzzy looking, but the baseline and cap height lines of the letters match the pixel grid which makes it look noticeably sharper.

Would it be best if I recreated the Logo to get a crisp image?

If the destination file format is going to be a 300x300 pixel PNG image the end results aren't going to be much better than what I did by simply scaling the letters to a specific pixel size and aligning them to the pixel grid. It's possible to fine tune the other horizontal lines inside the letters where they align with the pixel grid. But doing that might adversely affect the balance and look of the letter strokes.

Another alternative (if it can be accepted) is using the SVG format. Just about every current web browser supports the SVG standard.
