CAN NOT CREATE A NEW FILE thru Tab File + New or Control + N

Hi all,

Please help. I got an issue that I can not create a new file thru the tab File + New or Control + N. I can only create a new file thru the tab "New from Template" means it had limited option. If you guy got any solution, please share. Thank you!

We are sorry to hear you are unable to open the file. Would you mind telling us the version of Illustrator installed on your machine, and also sharing the details of your operating system?

Have you recently started experiencing this issue? You may try signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, restarting the machine, signing back into Creative Cloud Desktop, and launching Illustrator.
