Cloud Ad in Illustrator

I have a user that is complaining about what they refer to as an ad in Illustrator.

They claim it 'just' appeared and would like it gone.

On the right hand column in the Comments Tab is where they showed me.

Any advise or direction would be greatly appreciateed.

Thank you

I do not have the app myself and the user is remote.

Can you explain how I close the Comments tab?

Thank you

Right-click on it and select 'close'.

I'm not aware of another panel that is dependent on saving to Cloud.

It may be worth explaining to them that this is not an 'ad', it is explaining the requirements to use the panel.

As I understand it, the Comments panel is enabled by using Save to Creative Cloud.

If you don't save to the Cloud, you have no use for the Comments panel. So they can just close it and they won't see that message.
