In this video there are three different size circles in a compound path. Using Direct Selection tool single circle is moved. It does not come to me. Is it possible?

What are Compound Paths in Adobe Illustrator?
In the screenshot you posted, the direct selection tool shows the group selection tool cursor, which means that the Alt key is pressed. Maybe you overheard that.
You can set up the fill rules in the Attribuites panel.
With this thing you can either set the fill rule to Even-Odd or select that one small circle path with the direct selection tool and revert its path direction.

And what happens instead for you?
You need to select the path by clicking its path.

Okay it comes but Alt key produces a copy of the circle but in the tutorial she is able to drag the single circle.

Leave the Alt key pressed only until you click, then let go, but keep the mouse down and move.
Alternatively: Double click the compound path with the selection tool and then edit it in isolation mode.

Okay it comes. What must be done to have white color intersection to circle at down?

Normally I go through the past records in the forum before I post a question to find out the answer. I found most of the questions are verbose. It irritate me. I do not want to do others what I do not like. That is why I keep my sentence short. Some times meaning of my sentence will not be clear enough.

I completely get what you write about some questions to be verbose and I don't like that either. It's also confusing. Usually it's not needed to know what the project is about or your history with the client.
But the steps in Illustrator that led to the situation you are in or what exactly it is that you got stuck with, would be needed to point out. Because there is so much going on in a video that we cannot know what specifically bothers you. And also: I don't like watching videos either (can only speak for my self here, not for others). There are so many things that could be answered without watching a video.
