Creating a triangle, rounded at the edges given length measurements

Hi , how can I create a triangle in Illustrator given the length measurements in the image. Note that the triangle is rounded at the edges

Use the corner widget aka live corners...

1. create reactange to that size
2. object >> path >> add anchor points
3. switch to pen minus tool and delete poitn untli you have triangle
4.  effect >> style >> round corners

adjsut roundness in appearance palete if needed
