Cursor problem

Hello dear Illustrator users. I'm having a cursor problem in Illustrator, as you can see in the video it's changing in every pixel and strugles me when working. For example; I'm trying to select and manipulate an object with Free Transform but it's being a challenge for me.

This is MacOS, Illustrator 28.3 (I think I was having this problem with the previous version too.) and yes I have me graphic tablet plugged-in but it happens with or without it.

What OS version?

PREFS RESET (quick)

Press and hold the 3 modifier keys as you start Illustrator. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Illustrator.

Alt+Control+Shift (Windows)
Option+Command+Shift (macOS)

PREFS RESET MAC (more thorough)

Quit Illustrator (100% must quit as your prefs reside in RAM after loaded)

Finder >> Shift Command G
rename these 3 folders to Adobe Illustrator XX to Adobe Illustrator XXold

~/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator XX Settings/en_US/Adobe Illustrator Prefs
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator XX/
<OSDisk>/Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator XX Settings/en_US*/Adobe Illustrator Prefs
