Document contains incompatible objects

My illustrator won't open a cloud file and I can't download it. The message comes up saying this cloud document contains objects that are not compatible with the current illustrator version. 
Does anyone know how to access this type of document ?? Really need help it's got important uni work on..

Sorry for the delayed response. I checked with the product team, and they have requested a few details:

• When did you first get this error, day & time?

• In which exact version of Illustrator did you create the file?
• Collect logs with the help of the Log Collector tool, upload the log file to Google Drive/ Dropbox or a similar service, and share the download link to logs here.

This info will help them understand the root cause and help recover the file.
