Drawing Tools

I am unable to see all the Drawing Tools in the Menu...when I click on Advanced Tools some of the basic drawing tools are greyed out (Ellipse Tool, Arc Tool etc.)

Attaching a Screenshot. Would be grateful for any counsel or advice.

That menu is for customising the toolbar, not selecting tools. If an item is greyed out, it is already in the toolbar. The ellipse tool is stacked under the rectangle tool, for example. Click and hold or right-click the rectangle tool to see the rest.
