Error 12003 on launch and how can I contact Adobe support?

My illustrator app is crashing on the launch, showing error 12003 

"that it's likely on Adobe side and bla bla bla" 

how do I fix this issue and how can contact Adobe support? 
I tried to go through live chat and request to speak with agent, I get a response "our agents available at open hours" and that's it. No matter if I contact them during working hours or not.

same problem here. I Have updated my Mac from Ventura to Sonoma + Adobe applications from 2024 to 2025 and no more possible to run my apps with same error message.

Frustrating !

Did you already reset the preferences of Illustrator?

Your error number is not in it. Are you sure it's not a typo?

Yep.. that's why I'm so puzzled and can't even get through to the support agent in the chat today... 

this is what I get every time I'm trying to open illustrator and it's crashing, giving me this message

Just in case: I am connected to the internet and my other Adobe programs are working
