Hello @Juls HL,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you try moving the Startup Scripts CC folder to the desktop from the following location to see if it helps:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

Thank you very much @Anubhav M, I finally shut down my laptop and restarted it, logged into Creative Cloud, and updated Illustrator, and now I no longer get the error, although I have to repeat the process every time there is an update.

Thank you for trying the suggested steps and confirming it worked for you.

However, could you please uninstall the InDesign Beta app from the Creative Cloud Desktop and install the release version of InDesign instead?

Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Harshika
