Error:PARM en Illustrator 29.7.1

El error aparece al querer agrandar un cuadro de texto o imángen, pero comienza a fallar todo, ya e instalado y desinstalado varias veces , pero no funciona, tengo la última versión Illustrator 29.7.2. Pensé que era problema de mi pc pero no es, la tengo repotenciada y continúa el error.

Me está suciendo exactamente lo mismo, y aún no encuentro solución. Alguien la ha encontrado?

Tambien tengo el mismo problema, a veces lo que hago es crear un archivo nuevo y copiar y pegar y la caja de texto con la cual tengo problema la hago de nuevo, pero es muy engorroso hacerlo de vez en cuando eso

y agregando a eso que despues uno al querer guardar, se pega illustrator y toca cerrar a la fuerza la aplicación

Thanks for the updates. Could you please check if any of the layers or frames you are trying to resize are locked? If so, try unlocking them and see if the error still appears. In addition, it would be very helpful if you could share a short screen recording showing the exact steps where the error occurs. If possible, please also share a sample test file, so we can try reproducing the issue on our side.

He intentado de todo, reestablecer la mac, reinstalar illustrator e instalar versiones anteiores. El error persiste, se puede trabajar con el archivo hasta determinado momento y vuelve a fallar cuando intento dimensionar el cuadro de texto. He copiado y pegado elementos a un archivo nuevo y persiste.

Thanks for the update. Since you've already tried reinstalling and testing with older versions, it would be very helpful if you could confirm the exact OS version and the Illustrator build you are currently using. Please also let me know if the issue appears with all files or only certain ones, and whether it shows up right away or only after working on the file for some time. I'd also like to reconfirm the step I shared earlier, have you checked if any of the layers or frames you're trying to resize are locked, and if unlocking them makes a difference? Could you share a affected sample file for testing? Sharing these details will help us investigate the problem further.

Estoy teniendo el mismo problema...
Es un archivo con el que no he tenido problemas anteriormente, de ningún tipo.

No puedo realizar ningúuun tipo de cambio a objetos dentro de ese archivo, textos o vectores.
Acasó voy a perder todo mi trabajo a causa de esto?
