Exporting PNG error

Recently I started getting an error when exporting a selection as a PNG.  I am not exporting an AI file but a selection of text as PNG.  Why could this be happening all of a sudden.  Any help would be appreciated. I reset my preferences and restarted Illustrator. I am working in the 2020 for Mac version. Thank you!Screen Shot 2020-01-16 at 5.36.10 PM.png

Hi a simple solution for this is make a new document for desired size and put only text that you want to export save it as png....regards
