Where can I find this Extension for Adobe Illustrator?
Have you looked in the Adobe Exchange? There are lots of such extensions there. This might be the one you are looking for:

If you have Photoshop I do not think you need GIF Studio extension in Ai. What do you think?

Making animated GIFs in Illustrator is a rather fringe use case.
And yes, you can export single artboards and piece them together in Photoshop. I think I have a video about that as well: https://youtu.be/uNmIbnuoNx0

Thanks for the video. Is it possible to create a separate layer, by an image obtained by using blend tool? So that it can be exported to Ps to make an animation.
Examples-1
time: 2.28
Example-2
See four additional images are created by applying blend tool. Is it possible to turn this images into separate layers to export?

No. At least not with a live blend.
Afterwards it can be done.
Export them as artboards and then turn those into an animation. Just as easy as using layers with the method in the video.

Is it possible to get floting & moving from Ps GIF. Because your "Money Falling From The Sky" video shows money falls from top to down? In my GIF single image flots & what is the reason it takes left corner. File uploaded.

I don't think I have figured out how to download your image. Can you perhaps embed it in your post here?

Did you set up the Illustrator file with the blend exactly like in my video?

It's all up to your preferences on where and what you want to use to create GIFs, but definitely check out Monika's video to learn more!
