Extremely frequent freezing/crashing with version 27.0 on macOS Ventura

Unfortunately, I am experiencing non-stop freezing and crashing using version 27.0 on macOS Ventura. The freezes are random and happen when I click just about anything. For example, in the past 15 minutes it has froze when creating a new file, when saving a file, when changing stroke width, and when changing opacity. It's preventing me from doing any work.

I'm using a Macbook Pro 16 (2021) with the M1 Max chip and 32GB of RAM. I'm monitoring both storage and memory, and they are not even close to being full.

The solution was to down-patch to the long-term support version of Illustrator 26.5.1. Despite not being "compatible" with Ventura, it runs MUCH better and doesn't crash like version 27.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, when the app freezes indefinitely, there is no way to send a crash report. Because it's not technically triggering a crash, just an indefinite hang. I have submitted reports when it has hard crashed and allowed me too.

It terms of resolution, I've checked your provided materials, and I decided to re-install Illustrator. At first glance, it seems to have helped. I will report back with my findings.

They just released an update that addressed 'stability' issues. The update is less stable than the previous version. Only been having this issue since switching to Apple Silicon last week.

I'm using version 27.2 on a Macbook M1 and it runs days until I reboot the computer. But then I'm not on Ventura.
