Hi Folks,

How to get character direction for Arabic Version Illustrator textframe like LEFT_TO_RIGHT_DIRECTION | RIGHT_TO_LEFT_DIRECTION through extendscript in Adobe CEP plugin.

I haven't seen the plug-in you mentioned, however, if I understood your question correctly, then Adobe Illustrator (Middle Eastern version) can natively switch direction from the Character panel fly-out menu as you displayed it in your screenshot.

I need to fetch an arabic text character direction which is already applied left-to-right character direction and wise versa using extendscript. Is there any possibilities to get the character direction using extendscript.
