Help needed to calculate distance of equal pixel distribution

Hi forum.

I came across a layout with a slight mathematical problem. As demonstrated in my screen shot, all my objects have 2 pixel spacing/gap, besides the ones shown in the red box. which have a 3 pixel space/gap.

I cant figure out how to correct this problem. What do I need to calculate first so all the shapes can have even distance between them.

Ive included the file, for further inspection to my problem.

Thank you.

Correct answer CarlosCanto

you have Align to Pixel Grid On, so when you move your shapes or size them they will align to the grid.

the spacing between the stroked frames is actually 3 px, but the spacing between the stroked frames and the solid boxes is actually 2.5 px. Decimals can't align to the grid perfectly so it moves.
