How can I fix this line spacing?

Hello, I am trying to get this new line match up with the previous one on top but can not exactly line them up with using spacebar and tabs, what can I do to fix tihs? Please see the picture below.

Thanks in advance!

You should never really have tabs or spaces leading a paragraph. Take them all out, then set a left indent for those paragraphs using the Paragraph panel, or better yet, a Paragraph Style.
