How do I get the swatch info to appear in the swatches panel?

It does not appear in the panel:

Create swatch information

Create Swatch Info lets you create color specifications for multiple colors on cards to share with collaborators.

1. Select your colors from the Swatches panel and choose Create Swatch Info from the Swatches panel menu.

2. In the dialog box that appears, you can adjust the card’s width, height, text color, stacking order, and spacing between each card.

The option to select 'Create swatch info' isn't available to be selected, see attached pic

You must have at least 2 swatches selected in the panel to generate the info.

Are these normal color swatches? I miss the registration swatch in your screendump.

Maybe you are showing only pattern swatches. Can you show all swatches?

FYI I've also discovered they have to be part of a new color group in order to create the swatches!

Create gradient info doesn't show up at all for me. I have the colors in a New Group.  I have selected all of the colors in the swatches panel, but that option does not show up under Create Gradient

I'm having the same problem in ILLUSTRATOR and it's currently up to date. That option isn't showing up.

Version 29 but my coworker has version 29.5.1 and she can see it. So I have reached out to my help desk to get an updated version.
