How to create that type of Logo?

Hello, everyone! I will be happy to receive any tips how u create similar logo. Ive been trying to use the blend tool but somehow i am not able to create the same effect. Any tips will be really helpful. :__))))))

Create a red rectangle

Take a white fill of your type and copy to clipboard.

Assign a transform effect

paste clipboard in front, and fil with red.

    I have one more question, Is possible to do the exact thing but with straight text in one line. I was trying to apply to same steps but some how dont work ;-(

    I’m working with live text, dup, and a Transform behind.

    Edit: I do see a very slight hint of white, to hide, I would apply a very tiny Effect>path>Offset on the front orange type.
