Hi,

I know that this question has been asked and answer many times but it seems that all the answers I've found are not valid anymore with the newest software 2017:

- there is no sync to Cloud option anymore;

- there is no Workspaces folder in the Adobe folder in Program Files anymore;

- there is noting under Roaming folder either.

So how now is this suppose to work?

Best,

Ania

Correct answer Ania B. Z.

Thanks You Carlos! The path:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 21 Settings\en_US\x64\Workspaces

Change UserName with yours.

is correct but for future reference - to find those folders one needs to have "view hidden items" option checked, because otherwise those are nowhere to be found.

Yes, sync to cloud was removed. It was replaced by automatically having sync to cloud happen behind the scenes.

Hi Ania:

You can find the workspaces (on Windows) in this location >

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 21 Settings\en_US\x64\Workspaces

Change UserName with yours.

Best Regards
