How to install a specific version of Illustrator via creative cloud

I am trying to install a specific version of Illustrator via creative cloud, looking for 21.0.2, any ideas how I get this version?

    Yes, it was release and later deprecated when subsequent versions of Illustrator 2017 were released, others in my office who have not updated still have this version. I have found another work around though

    Mariam—this is a fake. The CC desktop app is the only way to install and manage Illustrator CC.

    again, unfortunately I cannot get 21.0.2, can only get 21.1.0

    I am rewriting our tooling as this appears to be unresolvable

    The latest version of the previous release (CC2017) was 21.1.0

    thanks, unfortunately I need 21.0.2 specifically for a in externally interface application which will be update in the future, but presently is causing me endless issues
