How to resize the "Transform" window

I'm running Illustrator from CS5.1 on a Mac running OS X 10.11.6.

The "Transform" window is too small. I am unable to see and click on the icon that links/unlinks the width and height dimensions. See attached screen capture. Is there a way to stretch the Transform window so I can link/unlink the height and width?

You probably won't be able to fix that.

CS5 is not fully compatible with your system.
