How to save an eps file to be open in CorelDraw?

Hola

I got a friend that I want to sent him a file in eps so he can open it in his program.

He has CorelDraw 13 and whatever I send, he cannot open it.

I have the latest Illustrator, so, what version of eps should I save it in order for him to be able to open it?

Send EPS version 3.

All EPS are version 3 anyway, there's just an AI file embedded in EPS 10, CC or whatever. Some other software is not abl to deal with this.

In case you used transparency in your file, try a PDF. Corel 13 should be able to open a transparent PDF.
