In that case: create your own custom graph design.

For those horizontal bars, you have to rotate the design 90° before creating the graph design in Illustrator.

I have tried your method but the percentage sign is not showing plus they are not in the center, what can I do?

You cannot have them in the centre of the bars. At an edge will work.

If I remember correctly someone made it once possible to get them in the centre, but I would have to research how that worked. What will not be possible is to have them in the centre and have the percent sign.
