I can not imagine how you can use the script to remember settings in the Print window. Probably nothing.

Theoretically ExtendScript allows to disable any color when printing. But since version cs5 this feature in Illustrator does not work.

If available InDesign, you can try to do so (using a script, of course):

  • Save ai.-file as pdf-compatible
  • Place in InDesign
  • Print the PS-file from InDesign

But the print parameters must be somehow pre-written script or marked in some dialog interface.

It is possible.
