I Cant open eps file in illustrator CC 2020

Hi There,

I am trying to open an .eps file in my Illustrator it shows an error message.
Here is the screenshot. Please somebody help me.

Well, have you tried sending the file?

 

They might not answer 30 seconds later though. So if you're in a hurry, it might get difficult. Is there a backup available? Can you still place the EPS into a new AI file?

Thanks for your reply. No I didnt send it. I tried to place it in new file but its not opening. Anyway let me wait for some moments too.
