Illustrator 2021 cannot find the installed fonts on windows 10

illustrator cloud cannot find font in windows 10

the font is there the name is (Mena Grotesk Black) but illustrator cannot find it and I noticed some other fonts not showing also.

Using Illustrator in Creative cloud v25.01

dont konow never had to do anything like that before.

Under property, Security everything looks good there is no deference from a font the is visible.
