Hello, I just subscribed in creative cloud to use illustrator but all the apps are working except it! It's always lagging and I have to force close the app and it never opened

I tried creative cloud cleaner, restarting my computer, installing different versions but none of them worked

Start by checking for any crash logs or for that matter your Event Viewer. Having this info along with exact system info might clarify things. That said, since the splash screen is black it seems there is either a problem with accessing the installation folder or your graphics hardware. That would be worth checking as well.

Are you using Windows?

If so you can do the following;

Type Event View in the bottom Search window.

In Event Viewer in Left Window pane select Windows Logs

Click on the arrow to the left of Windows Logs

Right Mouse Click on Applications

Select "Find" and type Adobe Illustrator

This should explain why AI is not loading.

You can post the results if you need help.
