Illustrator 2023 crashes when clicking the page layout button in print dialog

App crashes every time I'm in the print dialog and want to change the page size in "Page Setup."

I am getting the Adobe crash reporter. It generally is hidden behind the other windows on screen so I see it last. I always submit it. I have upgraded to 13.2 and the result is the same. Here is the screen recording of the particulars.

Thanks for the quick turnaround and for sharing the video again, @James Donato. Please ensure that you enable/ tick the checkbox "Adobe may contact me for fixes and workarounds at." This will help us locate the crash using your email. That's why I could not locate the crash and share it with the product team.

Also, please Copy the information displayed in the dialog under "Problem Details and Ssstem Configuration."

• Launch TextEdit and paste the copied information.
• Save the text file on your desktop as Illustrator_crash_log.
• Upload it here.

You can try to change the paper size through the Media size dialog.
