Illustrator 23 (2019) Appearance of Black and Rich Black

Upon release of AI 2019, Rich Blacks (CMYK Black Builds) appear on screen the same as my 100% Black (K), where as before it would appropriately show the lighter tone of the 100% K black with a much darker Black Build (60,60,60,100)

Note: The toggle for "Appearance of Black -> Display Accurately" is the same as before, it just does not display properly anymore.

Yes, I am in CMYK Color Mode. Yes, opacity is normal. All Preview Modes. And yes, AI 2018 did display correctly with the same file(s).

I copied the same files over to Photoshop in CMYK Setting and the blacks appear properly.

Thanks for forwarding this on to the developers.

Works fine in my CC2019.

Maybe you can try to reset preferences.

Use Overprint Preview (CTRL+Alt+Shift+Y) to see the difference
