Illustrator CC2019 crashing/freezing on Windows 10 (v1809)

I really tired about illustratot performance!

I losts works daily, it is something insane. I paid a suscription to lose my money and time.

I already talked SEVERAL TIMES with adobe support and NOBODY HELPS.

The issue cames with Windows update 1809 and Ilustrator v23. SO I have this problem since more THAN A YEAR.

Sudenly the app crash, remain open, but it is unuseful, I can´t do anything else.

Sometimes with CTRL + S I can save, but sometimes lost my work, as now!!! I lost my last 2 hours of work. ONE MORE TIME.

I demand a real solution, I sent several emails, I talked by phone, I had remote several sessions.

I don´t know what can I do???!!!!!
I NEED A SOLUTION!!!!!
