Illustrator Files is not Working

It's the first time I've faced this problem. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to recover this file? Thanks

    logo heaven,

     

    Failing a full recovery after following the suggestion by Ton, or while you wait, if you have created/saved the document as a PDF Compatible File (ticking the option), you may be able to recover at least part of the artwork by placing the document/file in a new document.

     

     

    Edit: Hi Ton, latest show here a week ago.
