Illustrator " error writing file"

When I export a file in JPG, an error message appears "error writing file ".
However, everything works in PNG, PDF...
Other problem, my files are saved in TMP and not in AI.
I have tried recording to an external hard drive and everything is working fine.

Why can I no longer record or export to my hard drive?

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about this. It looks like permission issue with the folder you are trying to save your files in. You may fix permission issues and it should help. Also, you may try saving it to a different folder on your hard drive and see if it helps.

    Please share version of the Illustrator & OS. It'll help us assist you accordingly.

    Hello !

    I have Windows 10 with the last version off Illustrator.
    I went through the whole forum without finding any solutions...
    When i save in my USB key, it's ok.
    But if I want to save on my Desktop, he save on .tmp and not on .ai.

    And I can't export files in .jpg.
