Illustrator saying I need to "buy" or "try" when I've had the account for over a year

I've had this illustrator/adobe account for over a year and just today I went online and it tells me to buy now or try the free trial. I'm logged in to the same acccount I've been logged in to this whole time and all my work is still there, yet it doesn't let me click anything because I "don't have an account". I'm not sure why this is happening now because it's been so long that I've had this.
