Illustrator with option for Arabic or Hebrew font paragraph direction

I am going to sumarise it here for the future:

1. In Cloud/Preferences/Apps - change language to English arabic (its written in arabic alphabet, same goes for English Hebrew), click Done.

2. Uninstall existing Illustrator (I just tried to install a new one without uninstalling existing one, but it did not work)

3. Install new Illustrator that appears after you change your preferences.
