Hello @DEEPAK JANGID37902267cmxz,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you share more details, like the version of the OS/Illustrator installed and whether this happens with new documents or when using a different picture for importing, so I can better assist you?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I’m using a Mac with the M2 chip and Adobe Illustrator (latest version 29.7). I’m facing several issues, even with the new documents or older file save: I’m unable to import any image. When I try, it shows messages like 'Reading Image' or 'Converting to CMYK' and takes an unusually long time (2–3 hours), but the process never completes. Eventually, I have to force-stop . After that, the file switches to Outline View automatically (as shown in the attached image), and I’m unable to save the file as well.

Yes, I tried by turning off GPU Performance in Adobe Illustrator, and then I attempted to import the image; however, I encountered the same problem. Inserting any type of JPEG image causes an issue, or importing artwork takes much longer, even if the previous file or a newly created Illustrator file in Illustrator version 29.9. And I am trying to import the same in InDesign. There is no problem; I can easily import the same image into InDesign.
