Is anyone experiencing manual scale issues working with created shapes in Illustrator V 29.5.1? Also finding issues with Text to Path.

Does View>Show/Hide Bounding Box help? It's a toggle on/off.

With the latest Illustrator update, I have lost the ability to scale the size of both imported images as well as shapes that were created with illustrator. Used to be able to scale by "click and drag", now only by percentage.
