The file sent to me by the client is unshrink but when I open it in Illustrator it is Shrink like attached image please answer why

Pragaa, I was able to duplicate your text.

Why it auto distorted, I don’t know.

Maybe a Graphic Style assigned to that text??

Just a thought, select your text, what does the Horizon Scale read in the Character Panel?

It should be 100%. The distorted text (shown in Cyan) is a scale of 41%

Thanks for your reply,

Iam trying to install the fonts i can download but i can't install the font and also if the font missing the text will appear with pink color tint but this one nothing showing only shrink the text iam checked Horizon Scale its 100% i used, now iam trying to avoid this font, please advice how to solve the problem i attached the screenshots also and AI file please check and let me know, may be its opening properly on your PC
