Keyboard Increments setting does not fix inability to move objects with arrow keys

I have tried everything including setting the keyboard increments, but the arrow keys do not move objects in illustrator. Can anyone advise?

It was set at 0.0139. I cannot move the cursor in text entry field either.

This points to some other apps interfering with your modifier keys. Do you have any of this running?

 

 

  • WebRoot
  • Apple Terminal
  • Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • »Enable Full Keyboard« in Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard on Mac OS
  • »Keyboard Navigation« in Apple settings > Keyboard
  • Apple Mail, Outlook
  • Spacebar is used as a shortcut by the system
  • Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari
  • Wacom Desktop Center, Wacom settings
  • Windows Touch Pad problem
  • LastPass, Bitwarden (password managers)
  • The VPN
  • LangSwitcher app (it needs to be closed and disabled)
  • Notes

Only Safari, but I just tried quiting out and it still doesn't move with the arrows.
