Language of text is changing randomly

Text shows up correctly in preview, but when opened it's not English anymore. this has happened three times in the last week. Once, it went back to English third time I opened it, but this one is not changing. (Windows 11 - Illustrator 28.3)

The font is Bebas Neue an Adobe font, which oddly enough might very well be the problem. Every single day when I start up my computer I get an Adobe notification "Bebas Neue has been in installed on your computer". Everyday for a couple of months now. I didn't realize that was the font I was using.

I just click on the weird text and received this message:

I have logged out, rebooted computer, logged back in, open the file and it opens with the correct English font and then it just changes.
