I used Magic Wand Tool to delete the stroke only but entire logo is deleted. How to fix it? File & video is attached.

That link works.
The reason why the Magic Wand also selects the filled paths is because the filled paths also have stroke attributes applied.
If you remove the strokes from the filled paths, the Magic Wand works as you may expect it.

The link to the sample file is not public.
Can you change that and make it public?

Please remove the screenshot in your last post.
It shows one of my private mail addresses and I don't like to receive spam because of that.

I replicated the work in this video. In this video without removing the stroke by using Magic Wand Tool tutor was able to delete the stroke [time 2.48]. How is it possible?

Probably because that person didn't have a stroke applied to the filled objects.
That it not a tutorial. Tutorials have explanation.

I will not watch an entire video that is not working anyway. So perhaps this person has edited it.

They don't show their Magic Wand options. Do they have Stroke colour active, or just fill? Do you?
If I may be critical, I see a theme in your topics of slavishly following tutorials and getting stuck when things don't work exactly as shown. It seems like you're spending too much time copying others and not enough learning how Illustrator actually works.
Part of the problem is that tutorials like this aren't real lessons where a tutor might explain what they are doing and why. They're just demos.

In YouTube many videos are without explanation. However it is presenter’s freedom to decide & watching option is yours. Anyhow if you try to explain everything video will be too long.
For an intermediate learner audio may not be necessary because it is amount to self-learning.
There are many videos about Magic Wand tool in YouTube but non of video addressed my issue. That was why I posted in the forum.
Usually I do not watch videos without audio but in this case final product is interesting.
If you are an advanced leaner in my view still you have come to YouTube not to learn but to see others creativity.
