Can anyone help me find a way to preview my vector files without opening each file? There must be an easy way but I can't find it.

If your computer is Windows-based it's probably going to be best using Adobe Bridge to browse files. Windows File Explorer doesn't generate any image previews for common Adobe file types (AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, etc).

Yes, it means anything that can preview a PDF can preview your files. Mac OS preview should be able to, or Adobe Bridge. What OS are you using?
