Missing 'Free Transform' icon

I have a feeling this may just me be bing a bit stupid, but I seem to be missing the 'Free Transform' icon from the tool pallet. Here's a screen grab of my tool pallet:

Am I missing something obvious here?!!

It locates under the Puppet Warp button

Under the right side, 8 down is puppet warp (great tool) and hiding behind that is free transform
