Missing Pantone Swatches

Hi,

more frustration with this stuff.... I have 2 incredibly expensive Pantone Books that appear to be useless with Illustrator. Any of the colours I pick are NOT in the swatch libraries.
I have trawled the interweb, wasted 2 hours so far and am no closer. I have installed Pantone Connect extension.... 

Does anyone have any idea what I have to do now??.... they still do not appear.

You have to add those swatches using Pantone Connect.
